Seasonal Sport Offerings for Grades 6-8:
Fall- Boys Soccer, Girls Soccer, Boys and Girls Cross Country
Winter- Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Unified Basketball
Spring- Baseball, Softball, Boys and Girls Track and Field
Requirements for Participation in Athletics at PMS
NO EXCEPTIONS- Students will not be allowed to tryout/participate without the following documents:
1. Download and Return to school NEW RIIL Assumption of Risk form. This form must be notarized. Assumption of Risk Form
2. A physical exam must be current within the past 13 months and signed by the physician. If the student's physical expires during the season, they will not be able to play until a new physical exam is received. We will be accepting this documentation starting on August 6th in the main office.
3. Register using the form linked here for all of our fall sports for the 2024-2025 school year.
